When this is the right fit
A checkout error, broken email, missing content, or unexpected hosting problem can affect the whole business. I look at the evidence behind the symptom, explain what I find, and separate the work I can complete from dependencies that need your host or another provider.
What I can help with
WordPress and WooCommerce troubleshooting
Investigating checkout problems, plugin conflicts, theme errors, broken integrations, and email delivery issues.
Content-heavy migrations and rebuilds
Planning how existing pages, media, archives, and important links will move to a manageable new setup.
Hosting and performance investigation
Reviewing resource usage, caching, requests, and relevant logs to understand what is causing the problem.
Ongoing technical support
Agreed updates, improvements, checks, and documentation as your website and business requirements evolve.
How we work together
I start with the current behaviour, the recent changes, and the available evidence. For migrations or updates, we agree backups, a test environment where practical, and the checks needed before release. Findings and progress are explained in plain language so you can make informed decisions.
Relevant experience
For Meem / Back To Funk, I rebuilt a compromised Joomla site in WordPress while preserving a decade-plus podcast archive. Follow-up investigation identified old hacked URLs consuming server resources. Other engagements include checkout support, Stripe webhook repairs, and WordPress Multisite troubleshooting.
Common questions
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes. I begin with a review of the setup, access, and current issues. That helps establish priorities and avoids changing working parts unnecessarily.
Can you migrate a large content archive?
Yes. The Meem project included a substantial podcast archive, playback, and RSS. Each migration needs a content inventory and agreed checks for what must be preserved.
Will a provider issue always be fixable on the website?
No. Payment account restrictions, hosting limits, and unavailable third-party services may need action from their provider. I document the evidence and help clarify the next step.
