Business portals & integrations

Give your team and customers one clear place to get things done. I build private portals and connected business tools around the steps, permissions, and information your business actually needs.

When this is the right fit

When information moves between forms, spreadsheets, email, and separate systems, everyday work becomes harder to follow. A carefully scoped portal can bring those steps together, with clear access for each type of user and useful controls for the team managing it.

What I can help with

Private dashboards and member areas

Focused experiences for different user roles, with the information and actions each person needs.

Applications and approvals

Structured forms, invitations, review steps, status changes, and notifications built around an agreed workflow.

Connected payments and services

Integration with payment gateways and third-party services, including the handling of updates between systems.

Admin tools and documentation

Practical controls for the people running the platform, with clear guidance for routine tasks.

How we work together

We start by defining who uses the system, what they can see, and which actions they can take. I map the full journey before building the screens and connections. Testing covers the agreed roles and important status changes, and handover explains how your team operates the system.

Relevant experience

The50Friends is an example of a private WordPress portal: invitation-based access, membership tiers, opportunity browsing, Commitment Bucks allocation, and commitment management. My speaker-system work includes structured content and proposal/PDF components.

Common questions

Does everything need to be built in WordPress?

No. WordPress is useful when content and familiar admin tools are central. If a connected web application is a better fit, I can also work with Next.js and Supabase. The choice follows the requirements.

Can you connect our existing tools?

I review the available integration methods, access, and provider limits first. That lets us define a realistic scope and identify any dependencies before implementation.

Can different members have different access?

Yes. We define the roles and permitted actions up front, then build and test those access paths. The50Friends includes separate membership tiers and a private dashboard.
